What makes getting started with Proviso so easy

When you introduce a new system in your company, you want to get started quickly and see value early. Proviso helps you do both.

You do not need to spend weeks working out how to set everything up, which features to use, or how the system should fit your internal processes. We help you get started from day one, so you can avoid unnecessary trial and error and begin using the platform with confidence.

Even a good event platform can feel overwhelming if you are left to work it out on your own. With Proviso, you are not.

Here is what that looks like in practice.

3 simple steps to get started with Proviso in your company

Getting started with Proviso is straightforward. We guide you through the process, prepare what needs to be in place, and make sure you feel comfortable using the platform on you own.

Step 1: You tell us what you need and what you want to solve

We start by understanding your needs, your workflow, and what you want the platform to help you with. Then we recommend the setup that fits your company.

That gives you a clearer starting point. You avoid spending time on features you do not need, avoid paying for functionality you will not use, and get answers early, so it is easier to make the right decision. This step cuts uncertainty and helps you choose a solution that matches the way your company works.

Step 2: We prepare your account before you log in

Before you get access, we set up your account and create the templates you need for registration forms and emails. Everything is adjusted to your requirements and your company’s visual identity.

If invoicing or card payments are part of the setup, we prepare that as well. We also provide you with the information that your IT department needs, so that emails from Proviso reach attendees properly.

That means you do not start with a blank page. You start with a setup that is ready to use from the first event.

Step 3: We give you short, practical training

Once your account is ready, we show you how to use it. You learn how to work with the templates, where to find the functions you need, and how to move around the platform without wasting time.

The goal is that you should be able to use Proviso without guessing your way forward.

Training can take place at our offices, in a web meeting, or at your premises if you prefer.

If you need integrations, we help with that too

Many companies need information to move between systems. That might mean sending members or previous attendees from a CRM system into Proviso so they can be invited to the next event. It can also mean sending registered attendees from Proviso back into your CRM, so event data becomes part of the wider customer record.

Sometimes the need comes from finance. Your finance team may want order data or payment information transferred from Proviso into the accounting system.

Proviso offers a standard API for the most common types of data. If you need something more specific, tell us what you want to achieve. We will give you an estimate of time and cost, and then adapt the integration together with your IT department once everything is approved.

You will not be left on your own

Even after training, questions will come up. That is normal. You do not have to handle them alone.

Our support team is available whenever you need help or advice. You can reach us by chat, phone, and email on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. Chat and phone are closed from 11:00 to 12:00.

There is also a built-in help center in the platform, with guidance for every function.

For many customers, this support matters as much as the system itself. It gives them backup when deadlines are tight, questions come up, or something needs to be solved quickly. That support is a big part of what makes Proviso easy to get started with in practice.

A few practical questions

Can I use Proviso on mobile?

Yes, you can. We recommend downloading the user app, which is free for all users, regardless of package, version, or add-on services. You can find it on Google Play or the App Store. In the app, you get a full overview of all your events, all attendees, and the full payment status. You can also create and send emails and SMS messages, as well as check in participants for an event.

Can I change package after signing the agreement?

Yes, you can easily change your package if your needs change. Many customers start with Basic or Business and upgrade as they get to know Proviso better. All add-on modules can be ordered separately, regardless of package. New modules are developed on an ongoing basis. Some are included in existing packages, while others are added as separate modules that you can buy access to either permanently or as needed.

How many user licenses are included?

There is no ongoing annual license cost per user. If you need more licenses than those included in the packages, you can simply pay a one-time fee for the additional licenses. You can also easily manage your own licenses if someone leaves and another person needs to take over that user account.

Can I still use Proviso if I only have one event?

Yes, you can. Tell us what you need and choose from the available features and add-on modules. We handle the production for you, and you only pay for the elements you choose, plus a per-attendee fee. There are no ongoing costs. You also get access to Proviso, so you can follow the process as it develops.

Getting started is straightforward, and we help you all the way

You do not have to handle the rollout on your own. We help you define what you need, prepare the setup, train your team, and support you afterwards.

Because Proviso is web-based, there is nothing to install. And because we guide you through the rollout, the transition is easier from the start.

Like any new digital system, Proviso takes a little getting used to. But you do not have to figure it out alone, and it does not take long before you start seeing the benefit. With the right setup and the right support, your team can get up to speed quickly, reduce manual work, and get better control of event planning and attendee management.
